All ds are moded via Boot9strap, if you want to replace your own SD card, just format it to FAT32, and copy the original root files on the card received to your card :3
No region limited (While could only run the same region's games with the system, for example, games under Europe/Wordwide for Europe, games under US/Worldwide for US system) ヾ(๑╹◡╹)ﾉ" But Japanese Games seems available always might be JP versions > ?

Will set up local language if there’s no specific instructions: 3 (US/EU)
There is Hshop/FBI/Anemone/Universe-adapter/FBTP/3DSResident…(basic apps)
Will also set up TWlight to play NDS games (just down roms and paste into the files under rom and named /nds)
